My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Lexington. The location is perfect and walkable to so many things. The place was beautiful and clean and looked just like the photos! Randy was a wonderful host and was very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

I cannot say enough about our stay at this lovely home . Randy thought of everything to make guests feel special and well taken care of . The details and thoughtfulness that he presented in the home were truly like no other I’ve experienced in all my travels. He was so kind and flexible in all ways . It felt like we were staying in a close friend’s home . The house is so warm and welcoming . The decor is fun and chic. We loved staying there and cannot wait to return . The best AirBnB experience my family has ever had. Our daughter will be attending UK this fall and we can”t wait to turn ! Our stay was amazing and Randy went above and beyond and thought of everything that would make a guest feel special and well taken care of . Martine’s which is across the street was our morning coffee place and is fantastic ! Thank you for a fabulous stay !! Randy made everything effortless and it was such a wonderful place to stay !! Thank you !!

So I’ll start with the stuff that you’re actually going to care about, the place was wonderful, comfortable beds, clean, quiet neighborhood, and very accommodating, I would 100% recommend this property…. Now on to what I cared about THESE HOSTS ARE AMAZING! So my nephew was sent home following treatments at st Jude, he was sent home with no real care plan but was still having complications with his health. He had been in a hospital environment for the last 6 months and was told that if they returned home his chance of survival would drop drastically. Now I didn’t tell Randy all this but I gave him a brief description. He was able to make sure the place had some extra sanitation before check in, well by the end of the reservation we still had a lot to work out and so when I reached out and asked to extend the stay Randy essentially took care of the work to make that possible. So if you’re up in the air about where to stay I’d tell you to book here purely based on who is hosting you.

The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Loved the room upstairs with a bathroom. Close to restaurant and breakfast options. The house was very clean and newly renovated. It meet our families needs and would stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful thanks to Randy! From the moment we booked, communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. Randy provided clear check-in instructions and thoughtful local recommendations that made exploring the area so much easier. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. You can tell he genuinely care about their guests’ experience, with small touches that made us feel right at home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free stay!

I loved our stay here in Lex! I would definitely return again. It’s a great spot if you want to be able to walk to different businesses and activities. The space was clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. I highly recommend!

This Lexington property was absolutely wonderful. Randy and Savanna were great with communication, and we had no issues checking in or using the many amenities available in the home. The style and decor in the house was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos! My wife and I love to walk in the communities that we stay in, and this property was well located for that purpose, close to downtown, the Historic District, the University of Kentucky and Transylvania University. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within a mile of the location, and a short drive to the Distillery District (we enjoyed the James Pepper Distillery Tour, and the Dark Arts Tasting experience). I would certainly stay at this property (or another of Randy and Savanna’s properties) when visiting Lexington in the future, and would recommend it to both family and friends.

This home was perfect for our stay in Lexington. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We were going back and forth to the hospital, and the location made a stressful situation much easier—safe, quiet, peaceful and incredibly convenient. Randy was an amazing host and I really appreciated the communication. This home was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend. Thank you again! I already passed it on to one of my girlfriends who has a daughter attending UK. 😁👏

The place was beautiful, each room was extremely comfortable so it was difficult to choose one for my short stay. It was very clean. Randy was also extremely pleasant and accommodating
